I architected one of the region's earliest mature design systems and evolved it into a token-driven, near-fully-accessible foundation with broad Figma coverage and AI-integrated workflows — the backbone of an entire product ecosystem.
I rebuilt how my team works with AI in the loop — research, ideation, prototyping, and handoff — and trained the team end-to-end. Directionally: research moves ~40% faster, handoff ~50% faster, with ~3× more concepts explored per cycle.
I co-architected a full Employee Lifecycle ecosystem and partner directly with the CEO, CTO, and Head of Product — a designer who shapes the product bet, not just the screens.
